Can you come out in an emergency?
Our fictional emergency line is open 24/7. Real availability would depend on the on-call plumber. In this demo, emergency booking only simulates a callback.
Do you speak Punjabi?
Yes. Harpreet and Simran speak English and Punjabi. Choose either language when booking; we’ll explain the options in the language you prefer.
Are the prices fixed?
The ranges are illustrative CAD prices, before tax. Access, parts and the condition of existing plumbing affect the final quote. No work starts until you approve it.
Can I supply my own faucet or toilet?
Absolutely. Keep it boxed with all fittings and check the model fits your space. We’ll check compatibility before installation. Product issues remain with the retailer.

What should I do about an active leak?
